DescriptionDesigned by J.P. Seddon and completed by 1874. A group of symmetrical 4-storey plus basement buildings with 3-window snecked rubble fronts. The roof is of slate with stock brick chimney stacks and moulded brick eaves. The windows are horned sashes; 3rd floor windows are arranged in pairs and triplets. 3-storey splayed bay windows with foliated capitals and dentil cornices. Central arched entrances with fanlights over panelled doors.
