Early to mid C19, built as a pair with No. 23. It is possibly shown on the 1844 Tithe Map. Rendered and painted front with natural slate roof and red brick stacks. Double depth central entry plan. Two storeys, three windows, 6 over 6 pane sashes with stone cills. Six panelled door and simple pedimented doorcase. Low pitch roof with eaves supported on paired brackets, ridge stacks, shared with adjoining house on left, rebuilt on right. Light spear head railings with dog bars and single gate.
