Description
The north-west range is part of a planned estate farmstead, and is thought to date from the early seventeenth century. It has one storey with a loft above, and is constructed of rubblestone with coped gables, under a pitched slate roof supported on queen trusses; there are two gabled extensions on the south-east side. Inside are the partial remains of nineteenth-century mill machinery, which was driven by a waterwheel underneath the floor.
