Description
A large gabled building with a lean-to extension on its east side; the works bell was housed in the south gable. Built before 1877, it is described as the Saltpetre Stores and Carpenter's Shop by Pritchard (1995). This may be the original use because according to Moses, the western part of the building was used as a Barrel Store, the eastern part as a Joiner's Shop. The building had an addition to the north side between 1877 and 1904. The building has been demolished.
