A building for storing the empty charge barrels, those used for storing the Green Charge in the Charge Magazine (NPRN: 405080). Built by 1877, (No.19 on the Nobel Plan). Moses describes this as the Sulphur Store; this may have been its post-1927 function. Since demolished.
