Description
An icehouse built c. 1800. Under an earthen mound the external walling is of local stone and is separated by a cavity from an internal brick lining with a domed roof. It is entered by a 5m long, north facing, ruined brick passage. The chamber is 3.2m in diameter and c. 4.5m deep.
