A modern (1990s?) salvation army hall in red-brick with two diverging south-eastern & south-western single-storey wings having the entrance to the main hall or chapel at their centre. The hall gable extends above porch & bears the words 'The Salvation Army' prominently above the porch. The building has domestic-type windows and there is also a 'The Salvation Army' plaque & insignia attached to the south-eastern wing The south front has a large car-park.
