DescriptionDwelling and adjacent farm buildings, now in ruins, with a circular enclosure to the south-west and two adjacent enclosures to the north. Ordnance Survey 19th century county series mapping also denotes several trackways leading from the farm, to join with other trackways from the north and south, which link to outlying farms, including Tyddyn-mawr farm, situated approx. 160m to the north-west.
A further abandoned farm lies 300m to the south-west, which is unnamed on the 19th century mapping. A network of field boundaries between this farmstead and Bwlch Gilbert are now disected in some parts by more modern trackways leading to Tyddyn-mawr farm.
