Capel Ysgoldy Chapel was built in 1808; rebuilt in 1820 and again in 1832 to the design of Robert Roberts of Llanddeiniolen. In 1881 Capel Ysgoldy was rebuilt a final time, by architect Richard Davies of Bangor, in the Simple Round-Headed style of the gable entry type. A planning application for demolishion was submitted in 1997.
