Llanrug Methodist Chapel was built in 1798, rebuilt in 1822 and 1842, modified in1855 and modified again in1859. The chapel was finally rebuilt in 1867, in the Romanesque style of the gable entry type, with a large arch in the facade. By 1997 Llanrug had been converted into a studio.
