Description
Victoria Hall Methodist Chapel was first built as a School in 1844, to the design of architect Thomas Penson, in the Lombardic/Italian Sub-Classical style with a gable-entry plan. The school relocated in 1901 and the building was converted into a chapel and opened in 1902. The congregation then left for Bersham Road (NPRN 7920) in 1960 and the Victoria Hall building became a nightclub.
