DescriptionSalem Wesleyan Chapel opened in 1838 and closed as a chapel in 1973, after which the building was converted to domestic use. The chapel was built in the Vernacular style with an entrance in the long-wall that runs parallel to the road. On the lefthand doorway lintel 'Salem E.F. is inscribed. The walls are whitewashed and the roof is slated.
