The Wesleyan Chapel in Amlwch was built in 1832, though much of the present structure appears to date from a re-build by architect John Lloyd of Caernarfon in 1860. It closed in about 1975 and by 2003 housed the premises of the 'Mona Safety Products' shop. The original door and entrance have been replaced by garage doors.
