Description
Plasnewydd Methodist Chapel and school were built in 1886 to the design of architect John Henry Phillips of Cardiff and rebuilt in 1901 by architect William Beddoe Rees of Cardiff. The later chapel is built in the Gothic style with a gable-entry plan, leaded windows and an integral tower. Plasnewydd is now Grade 2 Listed as a fine well-detailed chapel by a prominent architect.
