Description
Tabor Methodist Chapel was built in 1840 and rebuilt 1907. The later chapel was designed by architect William Beddoe Rees of Cardiff and is built in the Classical style, with two storeys, a gable-entry plan and flat-headed windows. By 1998 Tabor had fallen into disuse, but is now Grade 2 Listed and known locally as the place where the Welsh National Anthem was first sung.
