1. 1841 with alterations and additions. Single storey brick building with stone copings under a slate roof; small wings. Flat roofed addition. Built by Trustees of Liverpool Docks.
2. Part of the Liverpool and Holyhead Telegraph (nprn 300822). Built in 1827; rebuilt in 1841; L-shaped building now converted to a private house.
